We offer a world wide shipping service. Notice that the time for the delivery must be calculated for any purchase at any time, depending the shipping address.
Our dispatch department will contact you to indicate the different shipping options and estimated delivery times.
Weeporp, S.L. is not responsible for possible delays unrelated to the manufacturing process such as traffic on commercial routes and possible failures in the transport service itself.
Weeprop, S.L. guarantees at all times to have first-class logistics service companies with an accredited guarantee and extensive service experience of the type of items sold by Weeprop, S.L.
We will provide a shipping number for tracking pourposes.
Delivery
All orders received through our Weeprop, S.L. are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 2 working day of receiving the order.
Due to the nature of our products, some of the products may be out of stock. In that case, the manufacturing time of the same will be 2 weeks per item from the receipt of the order.
Our standard shipping service is by ship to the destination port through the Incoterm CIF system.
Optionally, we can quote a shipment by plane or through the DHL transport service, in which case it will be quoted individually depending on the product and the destination address.
Destination fees are always paid by the customer.
Our shipments are quoted from Vigo, Spain.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Weeprop, S.L.
